I called them for a bad AC breaker and had them come out that same day. The technician arrived in the agreed time frame and very quickly verified my diagnosis - a bad AC breaker. The technician was very knowledgable, pleasant and professional. I was welcome to ask questions while he did his work. The service charge was reasonable and in line with the hourly rate quoted to me over the phone. I will definitely use this company again for any future electrical work.
