I have a daycare with approx 70 children, Lone Star does an awesome job every quarter, for my carpet takes a beating. I would highly recommend Paul Walker and his crew. Great customer service and very professional..

Unprofessional, Additional Surprise Charges, Poor Customer Service, Borderline Scam!First of all 2 Stars is generous...the only reason Lone Star Carpet Care and Restoration received any stars is because of the guys that actually did the work. I purchased this Groupon for $100, and it was supposed to be good for a basic carpet cleaning...or so I thought. I was given a time frame to have the carpets cleaned between 1pm-5pm. My family and I had already moved out of the area, so we were trying to coordinate our cleaning with our trip back to San Antonio...At 8am I called Paul at LSCC, and got his voice mail. I then sent him a text to confirm the appointment and time frame. 1pm came around and I still had not had any response to the missed call, nor the text message, so I called again and even sent an email(Emails and Texts are the appropriate channels to reach Paul, per Paul and his voice mail message). Still no response...My wife then called Paul once around 2pm, it went to voice mail. She immediately called back and Paul answered. Before Paul abruptly hung up on her, he was very impatient and lacking compassion for her and was not listening to her concern. We were aware of the time frame, but were only trying to verify that our appointment was still set. You see, we had already moved and had a 2 hour drive to get to the house that appointment was set for. We were only looking for a simple confirmation, but instead were met with hostility and absolutely no customer service. Once they arrived to clean the carpet, I was informed that beyond paying an additional $40 charge for stairs, that I would have to pay a $20 gratuity, Disposal fee, taxes...bringing the total to $117. This was not even including the $100 Groupon I already paid for. The total for the whole transaction was $217. This amount did not include special attention areas...it was a basic carpet cleaning! Definitely feel dooped and taken...Would not recommend EVER...It is too bad Paul is unprofessional, because his workers were kind and got the job done.

Honey let me tell you it was nice! Aside from fast friendly service it was little to no work we had 2 large rooms and a hall done and it smelled so great when it was done! I will definitely be using them again! We didn't have to move our couches far. just rearranged since we have a two story! Great service for a great price plus we had a coupon!
