Expensive, however u get what u pay for...no more cheap walmart and HTH products, no more lowes and home depot other ingredients 27%...pay attention to you ingredients and percentage...the smell in these is store are value and quality in there products...walmart sells meat and produce .. by law there % are limited...love this store, depending on which one you go to for great customer service, call around and see how knowledgeable they are before you go in

I was very dissappointed with my interractions with Leslie's. First of all, their employees have no desire to help customers and they aren't educated on pool or hot tub supplies. I asked an employee what chemicals do I need to use for my new hot tub. After stuttering and mumbling, and pointing to some chemicals that don't have much to do with startup, I asked if he knew about the chemicals at all. No, he replied. In fact, none of the employees could help us. The smell of the chemicals in the place is almost enough to knock you out after about 10 mins, so we headed home to do some hot tub research. Our noses were still burning hours later.



Trip #2. We went back so we could get a new price for a pool. Not only did they not want to give us a quote, what they did hand me was just a printout with a pool and filter and a few other codes. This didn't include any chemicals for startup, installation, ladder or anything else you need to set up a pool. The guy didn't ask us any questions either, just clicked and print and then took the next customer. We took our burning noses and left.



Trip #3. We had gone to a few other pool supply places and got quotes for pools and I wanted to see how Leslie's faired, or failed should I say. Same horrible service. No one wanted to help us. We finally got a quote and the price had gone up for the same pool. I couldn't understand how the price had gone up by $1000 bucks! And they had added a few things in that weren't necessary either. Without discussion they handed me the quote and were about to move on to other customers when I had then pulled out the quote from another pool place. I asked them line by line if items were included in the price because they were included in the other store's price. They couldn't even offer half as much as A-Tex pools offered. We decided to leave and go to A-Tex. No more headaches from the smell in that place and no singed nose hairs. Also, at Leslies' their prices in-store are more than the ones they offer oneline, so print the sale price online and bring it in.
