I recently went to the Canyon Golf location with a toothache, my dentist was closed. The assistant with long hair was very nice and showed concern for me. After a couple of x-rays taken the Dr came in and diagnosed that I needed a crown showed me on the pictures taken and the x-rays..I don't understand why the dentist I have been going to for years didn't diagnose the crown? I have since changed dentists and an very happy with the staff completely professional and very caring for their patients..I highly suggest going to Lemontree!!

I absolutely do NOT recommend. I have used this office several times in the past few years and have HAD no issues. The PRIOR visits, the male doctor was friendly and helpful as was the staff. I was even surprised and laughed when a neighbor almost begged me not to go there again. My most recent visit found a new female dentist and a female assistant whom I can only compare to a shady used car salesman team. It was ridiculous. I will never go back. It was almost a funny episode of I Love Lucy... the assistant tried to convince me of something I should have done and gave me her explanation... when the dentist came in, she too tried to talk to me about the same thing (a very expensive, not needed, "thing!") but her reasoning was totally different!!! When she started talking, the assistant said, "Oh, I've already told her about ____, because of ___) Once I left, I realized how comical it all was and was sure to give my neighbor the you-were-right speech. On another topic, I was told the prices for the work they had done were different/higher AFTER I got out of the chair... They ended up fixing that. The only positive note ...the guy who works the front desk is polite and helpful ... the only good one I dealt with that day. I won't go back. EVER.

I can't believe some of these yahoots giving this business low scores. They surely can't be referring to the Canyon Golf location as these guys are incredible. The doctor is about as friendly as any dentist I've every known and I have a lot of close friends who have been my dentist. He is extremely good at explaining what needs to be done, and why. His assistants are also outstanding. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would.

I had an appt at the Potranco location for a cleaning but after 1.5hrs of x-rays and poking & prodding, I was provided with a list of services that needed to be completed and told my appt was over but my teeth were never cleaned. When I questioned this, I was told the hygienist only had 15min left before her next appt and she could do as much of a cleaning as she could in that time. I didn't realize I had booked an allotted amount of time as opposed to a service. When I complained, no one apologized or offered any suggestion other than for me to come back at a later date (no consideration whatsoever for their patients' time). I decided to call another dentist office for a cleaning to find out there would be issues with my insurance. After speaking with my insurance provider, they suggested I call Lemon Tree back to let them know I was dissatisfied and request they not submit the claim (apparently this is something my insurance provider works out with dentists in their network); Lemon Tree refused. They told me it would have been a disservice to me to do the cleaning I wanted (the one covered by insurance and not the more advanced one they suggested); the manager then said in a condescending manner, "oh, I didn't know you had a dental background" when I again questioned this. Not only did I not receive the service I was seeking, I was treated rudely and without regard to my time or needs. I wish I would have read the reviews on other sites before scheduling an appt...apparently this particular location has issues with service.

UNETHICAL PRACTICE! BE WARNED! I went to the new Lemon Tree Dental office on Overlook Parkway because it was near to my home. I have gone to the dentist every 6 months for the past 40 years and have never encountered the treatment and diagnosis that I did at Lemon Tree. The office personnel, hygienist and dentists all tried to upsell me on treatments, cancer screenings, and necessary whitening products from the minute I walked in. This isn't the worst of it though -- I was told that I needed 3 crowns and a filling replaced. By the way -- they are happy to finance you for the over $4000 worth of work with interest of course. I know my dental health and went for a second opinion to find out that I did not need ANY of that work done. I recently found out that a neighbor took her two small children there and was told that between them they have 15 cavities between them. She too went for a second opinion and NO work was needed for these little girls. Imagine the unnecessary cost and pain. Horribly unethical practice!

This place use to be awesome. Been going there for years but the last 2 visits have been Horrible! A year ago I got charged an extra fee on a regular cleaning but I didnt care the extra charge was only $50 bucks. Next visit I get a bill for $80. I decide to call and got charged for flouride (That I was told was covered) I explain that they told me it was covered and I didnt mind paying half. Nope they wanted the whole $80. I told them if I pay $80 im taking my $1400/year service elsewhere. They wanted the $80. So naturally I am going somewhere else now.

This is the worst place!!!! I made the horrible mistake of getting my braces from them. They were suppose to be 6 month braces and I've had them over a year. I understand that they say treatment can take a little longer and I have no problem with that but the guy doing the ortho ("Dr." Hudson) is an IDIOT!!!!! He does not know what the hell he is doing. Everytime I go in there I have to tell him what to do. I had a front tooth that was obviously crooked and he wanted to take my braces off. He always seems to be lost and never know what the next step is. He is such a moron! I hate wasting my time every 2 weeks and he doesn't do anything to fix the problems. I would of been over with this treatment about 7 months ago but since I figured he knew what he was doing I never told him where the problems were or what bothered me until he said my braces were ready to come off. I was like "NO, they are not coming off because this front tooth is not straight!" This Idiot is so incompetant!!!!!! If you want braces go down the street there are plenty of places you can get ortho.

Unlike the others I did enjoy the office. It was beautiful and everyone was very friendly! My hygienist was the sweetest and was so gentle. My kids were even happy espically with the goodie bags each one of us got. I would recommend it to anyone!!

I went for my 6 mo. ckup and they told me I had to get a numerous amount of filings. I went and got a second opinion from a family friend and informed me that I had no cavities. These people will tell you about anything to get a dollar out of you!

Not only are the 1st and 2nd reviews correct. Their billing department is just as bad. Then they try to open another office with a different name (Lemon Tree Dental). I definitely would not even recommend my worst enemies to this dentist.

Couldn't agree more with the 1st reviewer, too bad I didn't do any research before.

They are all show, but when it comes down to basics, theyre care is only about the $$, not the patient's. Patient care should be first, its not at this dentist. Would not recommend.
