I have been coming here for over two years. I have used multiple other locations around all of San Antonio.

Kelly, is incredible.

The staff is friendly and they use new products for each manicure.

I went in because another friend recommended this place for their work with shellac. Well I brought a picture of an American manicure I wanted, thought it would be super simple. I was wrong. The lady her name was Jenny kept pushing me to do shellac I said no I want this. After she chose the nail color and aapplied it to my nail it was not the same color I wanted in the pic. I told her no this isn't the same, I mean I am paying $30 plus tip. She immediately got upset, told me well go pick a color then. When I picked a color I thought was similar she told me, "go pick another one." All because she could not open the bottle. I finally just picked a totally different color and she demanded I sit in another chair. When I did she said, "go ahead and try them on." As in paint my own nails. She finally came rushed the process then I was done. Very very rude experience. For this being my first time here. That ladyJenny ruined it for sure, and I will not go back.

I would give zero stars if possible!! I was told one price for a pedicure when I arrived then charged $15 more then I was told. Needless to say they didn't honor the original pedicure price they told me at the beginning of the service. Unfortunately for the nail tech I did not leave a tip. Dishonest with their prices to get you in a chair

(This place does not even deserve one star!) I went to Boston Nails and was horrified by the service. They were very rude and left me soaking in nail polish remover for 15 minutes. I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave. A man claiming to be the manager yelled at me, assaulted me, got in my car and took my keys. I am not kidding; this really happened. I had to pay to get my keys back. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BAD! I would hate for another woman or man to have this experience.
