Had a bad experience with my home builder. Called key insulation numerous times to give them an opportunity to possibly touch up any defects from their section. Even emailed them the third-party inspectors report showing the defects. Ignore my calls and refused to come out. What happens next is solely due to business practices.

Christians in name, not in practice.

Buyer Beware! Do not use this company. When they make a mistake they will not do anything to rectify the problem. They simply just tell you that there is no proof and to move on. Very poor customer service!
