My husband contacted Jordan Electric August 2017 during an electric emergency at our home. We lost electricity to one side of the house. They came out to our home and repaired the faulty wire within an hour after they arrived. My husband was satisfied with the exceptional service and professionalism received from both Roland and Bianca. We hired them again to replace our old outdoor circuit breaker box that was in desperate need of an update. Once again they did an amazing job. So we asked if they could redo the electricity wire on our new carport as well as other work that we needed done in our home. He told me he would be happy to do the work and he would send us a quote for the job. After a week I texted both Roland and his wife asking if they had the quote ready for us for the carport electric work. But I never received a response from either of them. I find it hard to understand why they never responded to my text. Both my husband and I were respectful and paid them as soon as the job was done. A simple text letting me know they were not interested in the job would have been the professional thing to do. That is why I am giving their business three stars.
