Waiting 30 minutes for a cold hamberger and fries and a 15 minute wait to talk to the manager, well I give this place a -10.

I visited the Jims on 1604 and Nacogdoches last month was treated so poorly by the waitress that I decided I would never go back again. After my friend and I finished our breakfast we sat at the table for 30 minutes having our coffee and catching up with one another. We were there a total of 1 hr. and 15 minutes the waitress quit serving us coffee as soon as we finished eating. We had to have another waitress get coffee for us. I called our waitress over to our table and asked her if we had done something to offend her. She rolled her eyes and said I'm just trying to make some money. The implication that we had been there to long. We then left and also left her a very nice $12 tip for a $12 meal. I probably should not have left her anything but I have been a waitress and I have worked at Jims.



My husband and I then several weeks later ordered take out soup and salad. We got it home and the salad consisted of lettuce onion and a tomato. He had to ask for crackers. I called and complained to the manager (Mike) and told him the service at this location was awful and we would no longer order from them at all. His response was ok thank you. Good Grief what is wrong with you people do they not train you in Customer Service at all? I have visited my last Jims. There are too many restaurants in this city.
