After an initial phone conversation, I met with Stephanie and she helped me sort through almost 300 pieces of jewelry in my mother's estate to decide which had any value . She then did an examination of these culled pieces from the original group to give me a ballpark idea of their possible worth. I had her do a full appraisal on a few of the pieces that seemed most valuable and she gave me the name of a reputable jeweler to talk to about liquidating the others. We also discussed possible pricing should I decide to sell some of the pieces on Ebay. She offered to restring a broken strand of pearls for me at no charge.



Stephanie was very helpful from the first phone call! I had previously called a few other jewelers and they treated me like a number and were not forthcoming with much information. Stephanie gave me several (more affordable) options and made what felt like an overwhelming process very manageable. I always sensed she was treating me fairly and ethically. She told me right from the start what my options were, what she would charge and how I could deal with the various pieces in the estate. She even offered to re-string a broken strand of pearls I had at no charge. She was always responsive when I would call or write and was punctual for our meetings. She is a friendly, generous, honest professional and I highly recommend her services!

I was so impressed with the finished product Stephanie presented me with. It was on time, on budget and exactly what my insurance company needed. Even better it was easy to understand the details in the reports. I'll be back for more work real soon.

Jewelry Judge and Stephanie Rosenlund were very professional, timely and did an excellent job appraising my wife's wedding ring and some other jewelry that we need to insure.
