I have never used JB till a couple of weeks ago. I dropped off about 8 items and on the day of the scheduled pick up it was short 1 item. After I got home I found 1 new $50.00 shirt that was stained with what looks like a black crust obviously from their press because the shirt was still new with tags when I dropped it off.



First time using them and it was just disappointing!
