Very rude receptionist so unprofessional. Not recommended at all.. don’t waste your time very disappointed.

Not recommended. After my 91 year old, bed bound, mother sustained a skin-tear on her forearm that their aide admittedly caused, I was refused a copy of the injury report that was written by this same aide. My mother has had some form of home health care for 15 years, and this is the first time she has been refused information pertaining to her care. The supervisors remark " your mother is okay, there is nothing wrong with her really rubbed me the wrong way. An injury of this type can take months to heal on a person her age and only if there is no further injury in such an exposed area of her arm.
