I rate it a s#!t place !!! Spiders on the beds rollepolies as well!! Friends mom got very sick with the MOLD !! AC completely broke customer service was horrible !! I DO NOT recommend this nasty s#!t hotel to ANYONE !! NEVER STAY HERE YOU WILL GET SICK !!

Toilet makes noise all night, ac makes noise all night, tv remote doesn't work, etc, etc. Call to complain and help at desk tells me how to reprogram the remote. The next day the remote doesn't work. Call desk again and help basically asks me what is wrong with me. I am the customer ... my purpose isn't to do YOU a favor The place is going down hill and they probably wonder why it's empty. I might expect this in Siberia under communism but not in America. I'd advise you not stay here - saving a few dollars isn't worth it. Stay ANY where else. ... one star because zero isn't an option.
