My deck from Hometown Custom Decks was finished yesterday and it is beautifully crafted. The cutomer service at HCD was also excellent. I called HCD, got the informaiton I required, and scheduled an appointment. I was called back several times to confirm the appointment. Eric Butler, the owner of HCD, came to my house, discussed my vision for the deck, and then laid out several scenarios of what the deck could look like. He did the measuring and then provided me with a quote. The job was so well done, I will be hiring HCD to do my fence as well. Thanks for providing me with a beautifully crafted deck that will enhance my backyard experience.

The owners, Eric and Annette, are very friendly and easy to work with. They were very efficient on getting the job done and their prices are very reasonable. On top of that, they got the job done very quickly and it looks great. Our deck is even better than I imagined it would be. Thank you Hometown Custom Decks for doing such a great job!

Right from the start in meeting with the owners of hometown custom decks in my home, I felt very comfortable. Very professional and curteous. I had an Idea of what I wanted and thats exactly what they gave me and then some. I was hoping we could get started quickly, and above all expectations they started the next day and were done in just over 2 days! The craftmanship was quality work! At anytime that I had questions, they answered the phone and answered my questions on the spot. That is very important to me. These are not people who do not answer your calls, or take forever to get back to you, Like some other deck builders i had gotten estimates from.
