$199 special ! These people cashed my check and switched my apartment the moment I walked out of the office, Joe the manager plays dumb but. Condoned theft and fraud.....they altered my check. These people should face fraud. The worst part is they said that the original apt was unavailable because the occupant refused to move. They refused my refund even though the unit was not available, deleted my new lease so now I have no apt. No written cancellation and they won't talk to me. Thieves
