I called Goetz to come fix a leak in my shower faucet without realizing that they are "commercial plumbers." Mr. Goetz came and looked at my shower personally and then called some of his guys to come and fix it. At that time he told me that the really only do commercial work but would be happy to do it. Things were going well so far. His guys show up and it took less than 30 min to fix it....still happy with service...they told me that i was being charged for the full hour of service so they went ahead and "cleaned my drain out so the water would drain quicker." i was unaware of this until just before they walked out the door. I went to take a bath two days later and low and behold, my bathtub will no longer hold water. They messed up the drain cover and it no longer closes all the way. I would have called them back to fix it, but after finally receiving a bill, i see that they charged me 3 to 4 times more than retail for a part that they broke when fixing the initial problem. I don't want to be charged again that much money for something they did. They may be great at commercial plumbing but i would not call them again for residential.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Goetz Plumbing! The owner, Chris Goetz is a class act! He provided me with excellent customer service, including a follow-up phone call to make sure our problem was resolved! "John" our service tech did a great job! He worked quickly & efficiently! He was friendly & kind! He fixed the problem & our hot water heater is working again! All of this was done in less than 24 hours! And on a holiday week end! You're probably thinking it cost a fortune for this kind of service.....Goetz Plumbing was more than fair!
