Having a nice conversation with one of the customer service people until this broad who thought you knew everything interrupted was completely out of context and Being a know it all into nothing. So, I just walked out and found a better price even with shipping online for the same product. I will never do business with people who don't even get the basic concept of customer service and can explain their products.

It's touch and go on in-stock fabrics, but the price is right and the styles are there. Both upholstery and drapery fabrics take up a huge unassuming warehouse of bolts displayed on easily accessible racks. Their trim selection is large, too.

Buy more than you need, it may not be there when you come back. The staff is very

cordial and very helpful. I've been a patron since 1998 and recommend them to all my friends.
