Never in my years of renting homes have I ever been faced with such disorganization, failure to assure quality of living, and chaos from a management company. United Apartment group took over management of my town home community (Dalewood Townhomes) about four months ago, and in that short time have let my back fence fall apart, lost a month and a half worth of rent checks, and let my RAT-FILLED home explode to a level of chaos I cannot comprehend. I have received delinquent fee letters to my door after verbally speaking with management about there lack of organization, and loss of rent I already paid. I have filed multiple maintenance requests, both verbally in-person and physically, to no avail. I cannot live comfortably in my own home anymore because there are RATS in my garage, walls, kitchen, and ceilings. It is a huge injustice to my quality of living and mental health. I am perplexed, shocked, and terribly angry. I will never refer to your business again.

Recently my husband and I renewed our lease after a wonderful year at the arroyo ranch apartments however that year was spent with the previous management. When United Apartment Group took over we the residents were stomped on and treated very badly. The privacy fence that we paid for was taken down for a much shorter fence and they took a lock we spent 25 on and threw it in the trash when we asked they would not do that. Then construction took over a block of parking spaces and there were about 10 spots for residents to park. Then constantly they turn off and on the water because they can’t get their sewage lines right. Constantly there are pest and vermin I am getting charged for pest control but not once in this new managements time have I seen anyone do anything about this. Then later come to find when management comes in without my say so I am now missing a tiffany and co ring I spent over 200 for. Workers come in and smoke in my apartment leave my utilities on and the woman who is the manager is a complete monster and that is saying it nicely. Not once did she ever apologize for this problem I put 60 days notice and I’m not even moved out on day 29 and people are in my apartment taking out my only toilet leaving their equipment all over my apartment; boosting up my ac and leaving on lights. There is exposed wires and open walls I have until next month on the 30th to be out this is not right. We left because of the horrible treatment and the management is rude and when I was sitting on the couch in apartment she stood over me talking litterly down to me. Then when I told my mom this is bs she kicked me out saying she will not have cussing. She does not know cussing I have been nice and treated poorly I paid rent on time every month and continue to be treated like a red headed step child. I will never recommend anyone contact these people about living arrangements because it will only cause you suffering, I’d much rather live in a shack in the summer heat then spend one more moment at the hands of United apartment group. No one ever calls back anyways so expect to be on hold or treated like garbage if you do decide to do business with these people.

This group took over Spice Creek Apts in San Antonio recently, and TURNED THIS COMPLEX UPSIDE DOWN. Because of the way that the last mgt group (CHAD-NIC) wrote the lease contracts , every body under Chad-Nic suffered the consequences. WE HAVE BEEN STUCK PAYING $25.00 MORE ON OUR RENT. WHICH ISN'T SUPPOSE TO HAPPEN + WATER BECAUSE OF ALL OF THE DRAMA, AND CHAD-NIC WON'T EVEN TRY TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM THAT THEY CAUSED FOR THE RESIDENTS AND UAG KEEPS ADDING MORE STUPID FEES, JUST SO THEY AN HAVE MORE MONEY! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS..THEY DON'T CARE IF THE RESIDENTS ARE HAVING TO DO WITHOUT AS LONG AS THEY CAN HAVE THE MONEY! ALSO, IF YOU GO UNDER BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU'S WEBSITE, UAG HAS A "F' FOR A GRADE...AN "F"...WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU? So if you are in the market for an apt, PLEASE be sure that you DO NOT rent from neither one of these mgt groups unless you have money to burn and waste! I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO! BOTH GROUPS ARE MONEY HUNGRY BARRACUDAS WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT NOTHING OR NOBODY BUT MONEY.
