I have been taking my cars to this location for several years, It appears that the management has changed several times during that time, and the service has become increasingly worse. On my last visit, the service was fast and I was greeted promptly. However, they did not clean the exterior windows, did not vacuum the interior, did not check the tire pressure (dust wasn't disturbed on chrome tire valve caps). Yet they marked on the invoice that all of these services had been performed. The interior of the car had three black, greasy hand prints on it. Worst of all, they overfilled the crankcase!
