Unbelievably bad service. When I got there my rate doubled. I was assured my 300 deposit would be returned to me. Only 200 was. When I called, they said I kept my car for an extra day. I didn't and in fact returned it an hour early. A manager was supposed to call me back and of course never did. They are a pack of crooks and I wish I'd read the reviews of their crooked behavior before I rented with them. I will call back one more time to give them a last chance to make it right. If they don't, I'll be going the legal route.
