She has got to be the least professional individual in all of psychiatric medicine.
My first appointment with her was set to be one Wednesday at 2pm. Shortly after I left the office the front desk called me to push my appt back a couple hours because Dr. Zenaida Eclarinal would be leaving early that day. I said that was fine & they set my appt for 12pm. I showed up on Wednesday, quite early, at 11:35am. I was promptly called back, a nurse took my vitals, weight, asked me a long list of health questions & had me give a sample for urinalysis. I was taken to the interior waiting area at 12:16. I sat there while all of the people in the waiting room, even those that came in after me were called by their respective Drs. I sat there for two hours with no updates. I finally asked a nurse to show me to the front so that I could step outside for a cigarette. I asked her if it was normal to wait almost two hours, after being admitted, for the dr to see you & she said that it wasn’t. Shortly after, I was informed that Dr. Zenaida Eclarinal had already left & asked if I could wait ANOTHER HOUR for her to return. Meaning that they expected me to be willing to wait around for FOUR HOURS hoping that Dr. Zenaida Eclarinal might decide to come back & actually do her job?! So obviously I said that I absolutely would not wait any longer & that I just wanted to reschedule.
I was rescheduled for the next day at 11am. I show up early again at 10:45. Again, I’m promptly called back by a nurse. For the second day in a row they chart my weight, vitals & ask basic medical questions. Yet again, I’m escorted to the interior waiting area & yet again, everyone around me is being called except for me. Yet again, I was left being the last person waiting. It was now 12:20 & I’d been waiting on for almost an hour & half. I refused to sit there for another two hours like I had the previous day, I walked out & I don’t plan on returning.
