Callous, rude..First appearances, seems this dentist is friendly. After the 'warm up' he speaks very condescending towards his patient. I couldn't even ask a question, without him responding as if I was stupid for asking about my own dental work. His front receptionist is just as bad as him.



If you need dental work done, even minor, he will schedule 3 dental appointments, not respecting YOUR TIME even if it means you missing a lot of work/school. But he wants YOU to respect his time, so you better give him advance cancellation notice, or you'll pay.



When I went to see another dentist, that's when I realized how callous this dentist is. Dentist Westman would performed dental treatment without first putting the numbing gel, I don't know why but this is very callous, considering how many patients are terrified of going to the dentist because of pain. I am no longer his patient.
