I wish I could give this place zero stars for their complete lack of customer service and empathy. I brought my phone here a month or two ago to have my iPhone 6s Plus screen repaired. Although the repair was quick and the screen is doing great their technician failed to replace the screws in the bottom of my phone. Last night the entire screen popped out of its casing and now my camera and flash do not work. I can not take pictures at all or face time. I called this afternoon and when I told Suma the issue she all of a sudden ‘could not find my account’ that it’s a ‘computer glitch’ sometimes. Was unwilling to help me and when I asked if they will fix my phone she just kept asking me for the invoice number. She then became argumentative when I’m clearly starting to get upset that because of their careless mistake my $900 phone is broken. Honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with.

Update: I left my phone number and name for the manager and no one has gotten back to me. I guess as long as they get their initial payment they don’t care about you as a customer any longer. That must be why they conveniently lost my account information.

This happened at the 410 & San Pedro location.

I took my phone on Saturday and it was "fixed" within a couple of hours--no problem. I had a broken headphone jack on my iPhone and they replaced the piece. Then that night my phone wouldn't charge and died. Apparently that piece they "fixed" is connected to the charging port. Took it back the next day and had major attitude from the front desk associate, Lauren. Took 4 hours to fix the problem this time. When I came to pick up my phone Lauren was horrible at customer service again. Not someone I would want working at the front counter of my business.

Ultimately, it was fixed, but wasted 4 hours on a Sunday w/ bad customer service to get there. Won't go back to that location again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced

So I came in to Dr Phonez to get my charging port replaced. They offered my a charger to charge my battery until the part came in...so I went home and charged my battery for 8 hours on the charger as i was told by the employees that it would give me a full charge... behold I only got a 25 % charge...so I thought what the hell is only for a day or two... after 5 days I still haven't received a call spot my part, so I call and find out that the part is unavailable so I asked when will it available the girl said she didn't know and I asked do when was i gonna receive a call about this..she then tells me and I quote" well I don't know I'm not the only one that works here" Wish I could say that at my job...so I come back to return the crap charger and then was charged a restocking fee for a charger that doesn't work and told that's store policy. They get one star cause I couldn't take off the stars after i had touched it...I will be sure to not endorse and for anyone who ask me about this place I will definitely share this horrible experience with them.

The Dr.... is OUT!!!! This was by far the WORST experience I have EVER had getting my phone repaired! So I took in my note 2 just had a broken glass everything else worked the "DR" took it in the back to "fix it" came back up front and said ohhh well your phone is going to cost double the price we quoted you your lcd is bad, that's funny because I've been using it like that for over a week the "DR" turned it on and it was Black!!!! you couldn't see ANYTHING so they tell me the new cost, and that they actually don't have the part they would have to order it, How long I ask oh about a week or two (WHAT) needless to say I took it elsewhere of course after I paid them to break my phone further! the other place did the job in less than 30 minutes and was WAY cheaper!! the "DR" should RETIRE!!!

Took my iphone4 with cracked s...

Took my iphone4 with cracked screen in and got a replacement for $100; was using it and pushed off-center on the home button and cracked the replacement glass. Took it in to them to replace and the mgr was a complete @ss to me about it... said I couldnt prove to him that it was his glass and that he'd knock off $20 to account for his 'costs'. Let me tell you ... he's paying someone $15/hr in the back for a 20 min job and a $15 wholesale piece of glass he's got maybe $40 an install into these... was so offended he'd think that was ok ... then tried to lie and say it was too long out to and had been 3 months already (didnt have the receipt in hand) but he had it on the screen ... found it at home, 5 weeks! DO NOT USE THESE Crooks! Terrible craftmanship and worse customer service ... btw, the review below sounds like an inside review job... no one was that friendly in that place ... 4 people involved acted so bored they could have tripped over their own feet to walk the phone to the back and thought of you as nothing more than cattle coming thru the chute... what a joke!

Nightmare experience made a paperweight!!

THERES NO NIGHTMARE - IT'S ONE OF THOSE DREAMS YOU'LL ALWAYS REMEMBER!!! A GREATMARE!!!



If you're in need of a repair for any form of a mobile device (Android WOOHOO), (or even an apple device, YUCK!) you should make Dr.Phonez your one; and only stop!



The girls at the front desk - are as nice, professional, and sweet as pecan pie. You'll walk in and be greeted - and even if you have to wait a minute because they're busy giving awesome service to other customers in the lobby (which is always nice and cool - I've been there several times) there's some posh black leather sofa's to sit on...you'll fall right in.



You can be assured they're going to take care of your mobile device (trust me, I've been assured - and reassured - and in the end; my results couldn't have been better) - and they guarantee their repairs for a year...



...if by some reason there is a problem; put your concerns on the manager, Chris - who will take care of your issue...and make sure that its resolved.



I brought my LG-P999 - I had a problem with a cracked screen. In the end - my screen was replaced with a part directly from LG (OEM Part - Original Equipment Manufacturer) - and the screen works as good as it did the day that it came out of the box.



I recently bought a Samsung GalaxyS Blaze 4G - but since my phone is repaired - I'm back to my LG...



If I have any problems in the future with my devices and they can do the repair - this place will be the one and only stop.



I made a comment on how good the service was with the girls; and I'm not going to say that Chris is as sweet as a pecan pie (maybe as sweet as a lemon {hehe}) the service he provided was outstanding and his managerial skills came through like a bolt of lightening. Any business that uses him should be greatful - in the end I know that I was.



Good job Dr. Phonez - and keep it up!
