Crystal figueroa druggie in front desk she stole the owners tvs from rooms shes a theif dont trust this place she will steal your belongings

We are a couple in our 70s and we spent a couple of days here the wkend of July 13. Our room was in the extension across 2 streets. (one was quite busy, with traffic signals) We made no less than 7 trips back and forth to the office to get a key that would work, (one late at night). Walking to the office was easier than driving. Maintenance was finallly called, just before we left and the lock was repaired. We did have coffee the first morning, none after that. We also got a t.v. remote that actually worked just before we left. (no t.v. for a day and a half) We were told that the manager was not there and could not be called.

After we checked out and were on the road, we discovered that we had been charged a substantial parking fee, and a fee for an unused safe in our room. In the last 10 days, I have attempted to reach Anna the manager and each time ,I am told that she will return my call. I am still waiting, Anna. On a positive note---the room was o.k.
