Unbelievably horrible service. After 7 weeks of requesting he file the petition that he initially promised to file during our first meeting, I gave up. His response was "I'll file it next week" over and over again. He continued to ask what was happening with my situation, but never took any legal action. He did finally "create" a draft petition, which was a copy of a previous lawsuit with names whited out and my name written in. What was I paying him for??? Oh, and when I finally received a breakdown of his charges, $950 was charged with no explanation.

My new attorney took only 4 days to file the needed petition.
