We've lived in this rental for one year and have submitted numerous work orders including the initial move in status checklist and have yet to have any of them remedied. Most tickets are closed out without an inspection of the issue ever taking place. DO NOT RENT FROM OR USE AS A PROPERTY MANAGER!

I guess you can't leave 0 stars. I used northwest as a property manager for three years until Copernicus acquired them. He drove me away in three weeks. Although he was so unresponsive it took two months to cancel my contract.

Absolute crooks. I would take them to court if I hadn't moved out of state. They lied to us and the owners. It was quite a conversation when we called the owners (our friends) and discovered just how bad it had been for them as we'll. they are simply terrible

Horrible company to deal with. Stay away. There is a reason that the contract is over 15 pages long. They will get you for every penny. Should be -2 rating
