Clark Sr. and the Clark family, Clark Construction of Tx, Inc is still a family owned and operated road Construction Company that specializes in seal coat and hot mix asphalt projects throughout the State of Texas. Quality work along with Safety to its employees and the traveling public has been the motto for Clark Construction of Tx. Inc With its main office located in San Antonio, Texas, the company has provided quality seal coat and hot mix work throughout Texas and surrounding states. In 1994, Clark Construction Co., Inc in conjunction with BearCat Mfg, revolutionized the chip seal industry by developing the first successful Variable Rate Spray Bar Distributor, this process works by allowing precision spray rates through a driver operated control panel. Using Variable Rate Spray Bars provides seal coat crews with the ability to dynamically adjust the rate of spray to account for vehicle wheel bases. In the mid 90s Clark Construction helped develop and became a leader in the Nova Chip process Asphalt Paving. This process has numerous awards of Qualtiy paving Awards from TxDOT and Texas Asphalt Pavement Association. 2009 they won a NAPA award for Nova Chip top Quality Award for all of USA. Recently Clark Construction furthered its ethics policy by bringing Dondi Scumaci to certify all management positions and office personel the latest ethics standard.
