I stopped using my a/c. I suffer through hottest part of the day. And my bill has actually gone UP!! They GUESS how much we use every other month or so. An average- they say. $172 last month NOT using a/c and keeping lights OFF. The month before was $117. I'm quitting the evil overlord company. Thank God we have choices n
