I wish this had a zero star because that is exactly what they would get!! I waited in the loobby for 30 min to see a bank rep! While Ill noticed that other employees were just standing around doing nothing. When I approached them for help, they stated it wasnt their job duties, and someone would help me when they when they were availble. Never will go back to that location again!!!
