This management company is absolutely the worst. Poor maintenance service, no consideration for the tenants, and threaten tenants when they call. Stay away

Stay away from them. They have their leases to benefit them and give them a lot of power and limit your actions. They will get you to pay for their rentals to be cleaned for them. They will rent you a place and it will be filthy and then they will charge you a ton of money out of your security deposit to "clean" the place after you leave. By the looks of it it appears they are just pocketing the money because it was filthy when moved in. They will also jack up your rent if you leave a yearly contract. Stay far far away.
