I have worked with many many companies over the years for various home repairs and projects. Truly this was the absolutely worst experience of my life. Centsable Cooling & Heating was the most disorganized and incompetent company I have ever worked with. After evaluating our air conditioning problem they showed up to repair it 3 different times with the wrong parts. Then, before they even turned it on, (after they'd left) smoke started pouring from the ceiling and they refused to come back for days to find out what was happening. Then, when they finally showed up again they found another problem (which was causing Freon to come out of the ceiling). Four times they scheduled to return and four times they never showed up. It was weeks before they finally returned. The total time for repair from start to finish was 49 days. 49 days in the southern Texas heat without air conditioning. To make matters worse, during our month and a half drama, almost every time they said they would call, they did not. Messages went unanswered and more often than not, the phones would ring but no one would pick them up. If and when they actually answered the phone, the employees were often rude, uncaring and demonstrated an utter lack of concern for their customers. There are plenty of other choices for A/C repair in Texas. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from Centsable Cooling & Heating.

Had warranty work performed on my unit and each time the technician came out he seemed to cause another issue to arise. Over the course of two months had to call these people back out four times. On the last call, the technician installed the motor incorrectly which led to the unit freezing up. Upon him returning AGAIN, told me to turn off the a/c unit to allow it to thaw and would have to return again because he could not do any repairs with the unit frozen up. A day later, I noticed a large water stain on my living room ceiling. Upon the technician returning, we found out that during the time the unit was unthawing, the water dripped everywhere causing the water stain. The technician never informed us that we needed to take precautionary measures to prevent such an issue to occur. On top of it, the technician informed me that during his visit prior to the unit freezing up, he had incorrectly installed the motor which had led to the freezing up issue. When I called the company back to arrange repairs to my ceiling them informed me that they were not liable for the damage and I also found out the technician falsified his documents when he turned his work order in to the company. He stated he only had to install refrigerant to the unit. This was true however, he made no mention of the additional repairs he had to do to my unit. The person answering the phone, Carla, told me that she knew all about a/c and that I didn't know what I was talking about and that they were not liable for any repairs. I STRONGLY recommend not using these people EVER! They do not care about their customers, have to come out mulitple times to fix the issues because they won't take the time to do it right the first time, and then take FOREVER to schedule a visit to come out. I will be contacting First American Home Warranty and letting them know that this company is not welcome in my home ever again.

these people go far above working to get the job done. was suppose to be. had to replace entire outside unit. was told it would be Monday, they replaced it on Thursaday.4 days early. I will use them again if needed again for sure. The office staff are wonderful.

They are horrible. Do not call them. They will show up, diagnose the problem, charge you, then never show up again. It has been over a week now and nothing. Still waiting on the part. I found the part in about 10 minutes of looking but they won't use it. Do yourself a big favor and call someone else.

Barry from Centsable Cooling & Heating just left. He was very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. He came out yesterday and actually beat me to my house and waited for me to get there. He knew immediately what the problem was and came back today with the blower squirrel cage. If I have to use First American again (I hope I don't anytime soon), I would like to have Censable Cooling as my contractor.
