They ordered a new phone from Amazon.com & it cost $35 it’s free shipping they said on the phone basically I was going to get a brand new phone because they’re going to switch all the damage parts out.

The manager mentions, “oh there’s a green frame casing that has some damages it’s chipped a little bit”. When in fact the green frame itself has never had any damages whatsoever it’s the rest of the phone, scratch screen damage keyboard & it wasn’t functioning.

He asked if he could put the pink frame casing on the device instead of the green one, I said no, I wanted the original phone in tact with all the damages switched out from the new phone to the original.

He said he would do that, I asked for a discount senior citizen he said he would only take five dollars off.

Long story short they didn’t switch out any parts they only repaired one piece, they charge me the $35 for the Amazon.com, the total was &55.

The phone still has glitches the keyboard still has damaged buttons & as you can see the frame is horrible, there was nothing wrong with the frame when I took it in.

The phone doesn’t show recent texts or recent calls that’s not OK, I don’t even know all the functionality of the device yet I just got it, Tuesday 8/13/2019.

They’re claiming that there was because they don’t know how to work on vintage material or they choose not to. They’re young guys they probably like to get high while they’re at work half of them are in training. Obviously they don’t have very good policies, you don’t want to take any electronics to this place they’ve been there a few years I don’t know how they’re making it work I would never go back to their store.

They do not have professional customer service, there are so many other places I could’ve gone & I went to them don’t make the same mistake.
