I called by Renee about a month ago now and she had issues with her faxing program and some printer issues. Long story short her program could NOT do what she wanted it to do nor her current printer was capable of massive fax pages. Since I did spend time to find things details out and confirm them, I only was going to charge my minimum service call of $65 total.



She told me to call this fellow Dennis and he will pay me over the phone via credit card. I only dealt with Dennis and all its been is a run-around this whole time and NON-PAYMENT of services rendered.



I got in touch with Renee and spending too much time trying to deal with Dennis. She told me to send her an invoice, but I thought to myself. Here we go again with the whole run-around bit.



I can't really comment on Castle Homecare 4 Kids, LLC on how they do business with their children but I can say they seek Free IT services and eventually the technician ends up with zero dollars for his time and services.
