This place is horrible. The staff is horrible, the scheduling is horrible. I will never take my dog here again. My dog is like my child. He is scared to go near people now because he was hit. Why would you abuse a dog, a puppy for that matter, that isn't yours. This placs disgusts me.

I called to schedule an appointment for my dog. When I called I scheduled a BATH only! When I husband dropped him off about 30 minutes later they asked him if we wanted the dog groomed. I guess my husband replied yes assuming they meant a bath, not knowing they meant the full works. I had already “groomed” trimmed my dog this morning so he only needed the bath. When I called to pick him up they said they gave him the full service.



I spoke with the manager explaining I had only wanted a bath $20- $25. But they informed me it was going to be $55! When I arrived they had practically buzzed my Chow and it looked like a hack job. They were not even willing to meet me half way. They said they spent the time on grooming him that I had to pay the full $55. I will NOT go back!!!



Be clear when dropping your pets off on what services they are going to do and how they are going to do them…. I would get your price up front so you aren’t surprised when picking up your pet. OH and Cash or Check ONLY!
