DO NOT USE CARL CAVANAUGH "BUDGET TINTING"

If I could give less than a one star I would. I was referred to Carl Cavanaugh by a good friend. Carl gave me an estimate of $130 flat with tax included and stated it would come with a 10 year warranty to tint my 04 Volvo. Although his business card states "Tint ANY car $90", I figured the $130 was because he came out to my office same day or something. Once Carl, finished I noticed several bubbles in my tint in which he stated "give it a few days and they will go away". I let a week go by and not only did the bubbles not go away but the edges of the tint started to peal back.Carl is horrible with making appointments and very unprofessional when it comes to getting back to customers. Carl Cavanaugh has "No Showed" on 4 rescheduled appointment in which I had rearranged business meetings for. Prior to scheduling this last one he tried to defend his poor tint job by texting " Please remember that you have a much older vehicle (04 Volvo) so the window film is not going to ever come out perfect".

Because Carl has given me the run around for 6 weeks, I have asked for a full refund so I can take my "Old vehicle" to someone else to fix this issue in which, Carl Cavanaugh, stated he will need to remove my tint and even then will only give me a $60 refund for my troubles. I will be seeking legal action to recover my hard earned money and hope this guy will not be able to screw others out of their hard earned money.
