On 17 Mar 09 at 7:00 pm, I used the automated system to get the $7.00 Deluxe car wash. Upon pulling into the bay the lighting mechanism signaled me to stop an then back up. Upon backing up less than a foot, it told me to pull forward. The car wash sprayed for 10 seconds then turned off. I am out of $7.00 then had to pay another $2.00 to wash the soap off my vehicle left by the machine. There is no number to call to report the loss. I had to google the approximate address and fortunately, the directions showed a view and I was able to get the name. The phone number is a fax machine, not a real person or answering service. Unfortunately, a lady pulled in behind me and the same thing happened to her.

All I can say is WHAT A RIP OFF. I HOPE THEY ENJOY MY HARD EARNED MILITARY DOLLAR.
