Its sad to say, this was a bad choice we made for our cake and food tasting!! I showed up for a scheduled appontment, not only was Blanca running extremely late, she forgot what food we wanted. She had 2 other people waiting for cake tasting. They made a few bad comments about her. They mentioned getting their money back due to her being so disorganized!! That was a red flag . She has a great attitude just not prepared for what walks in her door. I decided to go elsewhere. I went to a decorating co. on west ave. Mr Eric was so professional and prepared for my business. Come to find out, He rents to Blancas catering. (she lied about her owning all her decorations) Blanca is a very nice lady, that doesnt cut it!!! I wasnt impressed with her presentation or cordination. One of my co_workers used her last year, After hearing her last results im glad I didnt hire her!!!
