In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 77 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, turkey and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of breads and pies made fresh daily. Disappointed

I'm a frequent visitor to Bill Miller's BBQ restaurants. I visited this location yesterday via the Drive Thru. I ordered a BBQ Poor Boy meal. I asked for lean beef and I received dry, old, and not tasty at all beef. It was bad enough that I could only eat half.

I have had wonderful Bill Miller experiences, and I've other bad ones. This one just left me pretty disappointed. :-(
