In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family-owned and operated business with 75 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, and surrounding areas. We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, ham, turkey, and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of bread and pies made fresh daily. Absolutely an awful experience...

Absolutely an awful experience again.....this is for San Pedro location by SAC.....awful customer service...food not the best...for great BBQ Visit Rudys and County Line when in San Antonio....after bringing the quality of food to the attention of the main manager she looked at me as if I was crazy. Said"oh well" and did nothing to satisfy. I have never been treated so rudly in a restraunt. This is not the first incident I have with staff being rude but will definetly be my last. I would rather travel a few more miles for Great BBQ than go down the street to be treated as if I am doing them a favor and bad BBQ.

Love at this place. Prices are reasonable, although they have risen some, and the food is always great. I was at this loation and the service was friendly and fast.
