March, 2010Service at our local Goshen, IN locations was good as always. We ordered our favorites, steakburgers, veg. beef soup, coffee, shakes. Great shakes but then YOU CHANGED THE QUALITY OF YOUR FOOD. NO BEEF IN THE VEG BEEF ANY LONGER AND THE STEAKBURGER IS MUCH SMALLER IN BUN AND BURGER, NO CRISPY EDGE WITH THE WONDERFUL GRILL FLAVOR---JUST BLAH!!!! COFFEE---YOU HAD SUCH WONDERFUL COFFEE AND NOW IT IS BITTER AND TASTELESS CUT CORNERS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! NOT YOUR STEAKBURGERS. WHO EVER IS MAKING SUCH DECISIONS NEEDS TO GO WORK AT ANOTHER COMPANY AND RUIN SOMEONE ELSE. AFTER 30 YEARS WITH STEAK AND SHAKE, WE WONT GO BACK!!!!

We ate at the Steak and Shake in Brunswick, GA. It is about 25 mins. north of Kingsland, GA where we reside. It was great! It's nice and BIG. The servers are great! Sooo sweet and kind. I love Steak and Shake! I was introduced to it a couple of yrs ago near Melbourne, FL We were at a conference in a big church there and ate at S&S a lotWell, we NEED ONE HERE! We are exit #3 @I-95 We are a military town. The Camden Co. website may give you our #'s but, I think we are about 55,000 hungry folks!! Hope to see you here soooooon!!! DVH, Camden Co. GA
