Either they don't know how to answer phones there or don't care too, I know they not that busy not to because when I went I found employees standing around talking among themselves and wasted a trip because they didn't have what called to check on.
I'm never messing with that store again.

I would like to thank people at Major Appliances department: Ramon Garcia & Kelcie Clement. I wasn't happy with the electric range and they listen to my complaints and let me exchange the item (I had it over 15 day return period) . I am very grateful . I hope Ramon and Kelcie will be recognized.

Every time I come to this store it is a positive experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. I don't know how they pick their employee's but they are funny!
