I bought items online twice but had to return them in this store, there were discrepancies on the details showing in their system and the price I paid for. I showed the paypal transaction proof of how much I really paid for, but they cannot figure out why there was a discrepancy. I ended up getting back a $12.99 gift card instead of $32.11 which I actually paid for. This store needs to upgrade their system to make it more efficient. If they themselves cannot figure out the problem, the customers themselves cannot fix this for them, and the end result is the customer carrying the brunt of the inefficiency of their system.
