I have had my daughter here since she was six months old. of course there has been incidents, but she is a child, and unexpected things will happen. Have always been informed of falls, bumps, scratches, fussiness, even if she had a cough throughout the day. they call me when she has a fever or gets sick. They feed her breakfast, lunch, and a snack at no extra cost. They worked with her during her transition from formula to milk. I honestly have no complaints for this place.
