Great location. Nice apartments, good rate for the area. Maintenance is spot on. Haven't had much contact with the office since I have moved in but they are always smiling and waving when I do see them.

Do not be fooled by the term luxury apartments. Apartments have thin ceilings and walls, problems with black mold bathrooms, pet feces on grounds even though the provide pet poo stations, glass containers and naked drunks in the pool, when it is open. Management does not keep promises but still expects you to drink the kool-aid (luxury apartment homes - problems are isolated), work orders go unanswered. Towels in exercise room were always empty, and pet policy is lax for management's friends (Chow Chow on premises). Try Villas at Babcock - you will pay less and get a nice new apartment and yes you may live with students, but you know that going in and don't end up paying an extra 400$ and still find lost drunks at your door when they cannot find their own.
