I highly recommend Better Dryer Vent. The technician was friendly and professional. Something that is hard to find from a service company. Their work is really good. If I had not of called them who knows how much more time of my life I would have wasted waiting for my dryer to take 2 loads to dry clothing.

Don't wait to call these guys until your dryer doesn't work like I did. I would recommend for them to come out and service your dryer because they are nice and knowledgeable. I feel so much better not only because I can dry clothes again but also our home is now safer without the fire hazard of a really clogged vent. They even sent me a before and after I had to post.

5 stars all around. We called on a Tuesday morning and were able to receive service the same afternoon. Our roofer had installed the wrong roof vent and Mack was able to replace it in addition to the cleaning. Very professional and courteous service from everyone at this company!

We had James come out to our house to clean our dryer vent and he was great! He called ahead and was super knowledgable about his work. When he was done he cleaned up after himself and left the laundry room cleaner than before. Highly recommend!
