I just ordered flowers today for a funeral, and Blanca was very professional and helpful. I did not have all the details of the service and she said not to worry because she always calls the funeral home to get all the arrangement so they can have the flowers delivered at the appropriate time. Great customer service.

I received flowers from 5 different florists after receiving a high profile award. None of the other flowers from the other florists came close to the style and design of the one from Arthur Pfeil florist. Arthur Pfeil is the only florist worth using for flowers. I would never use anyone else.

Arthur Pfeil is the best florist in San Antonio. We have used them for many years and they have always done a very good job. They go out of their way to make sure you are pleased. Their flower arrangements are beautiful and the flowers last a long time.

My husband orders flowers for me from this florist every Valentines and anniversary and they are always absolutely beautiful and last a long time!

The lady that answered the phone was very professional and very detailed. I'm sure the flowers will be lovely just like the way she described them over the phone.

At the last minute I needed flowers for a funeral. I called four florist and all had an excuse as to why they couldn't what I wanted delivered to the funeral. When I called Arthur Pfeil Florist, they said no problem and flowers were delivered on time and we even more beautiful than I expected. Great Service!!!!

I highly recommend this florist. They will work with you to creat the perfect flower arrangement. They are great. They are actually in San Antonio and know what they are doing. Don't waste your time with florists that are not really going to do the arrangement and are not actually located in San Antonio. It will only lead to problems.

I have tried several florist in san antonio with only marginal success. This floirst has very creative designs and actually does what they say they will do. I highly recommend this business. John B.

This florist has the finest flower arrangements and service I have ever encountered from any florist in San Antonio. They are second to none. They actually do what you want in a very professional way. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Flowers were not delivered on time, called to complain, they never apologized, and worst, they went and picked up the flowers! So be weary next time you order flowers from Pfeil and pay over $100 for a small bouquet, being guaranteed the "freshest flowers" in San Antonio. It is probably just be an unsatisfied customer's flowers being resold!!! I will NEVER use them again.
