Very professional. America Realty USA has a great website with informative and easy to access pages and links. I really appreciate that I can find what I need as well as advice on real estate, property values, and home searches.

America Realty USA not only offers experienced and knowledgeable real estate services for first-time home-buyers and sellers as well as investors, they do so with excellent customer service. Lourdes is very friendly and sociable and she really gives it her all in getting you the best value for your property. I would highly recommend this real estate firm for those looking for an efficient and effective means to purchase or sell a home.

Run for the hills if you talk to Jose or Lourdes Campos. They are unethical cons. I worked with them to my dread! Although they cashed my checks they still tried to charge me again multiple times. Luckily my bookkeeping is better than their system. Their bookkeeping is either horrible or they purposely "loose" information in hopes that they can charge some poor sap again. On six different occasions I had to provide copies of cashed checks because they claimed to not have received payment. With not so much as an apology for the inconvenience. I spent hours on such requests. They are unprofessional and irresponsible. They are both from Mexico with thick accents so I assumed their unprofessional language was a language barrier. I have come to realize it was not. This was the worsted experience that I have ever had with any realtor and will be placing a formal complaint with the state. I have also requested that my attorney look at legal actions possible against this duo. Take my advice and run from these two.
