Alice in particular is a rude and spiteful woman who talks bad about many customers behind their backs. She may be friendly to your face, but is likely sharing your private discussions with other customers and laughing at your expense. I have seen this happening several times and finally became so disgusted by her behavior that I quit going there. Her performance had been slipping badly lately anyhow, so I'm happy to be finding a new salon.
