Overall a Good Experience. Some caveats:



The Real Good: The mechanics of the garage/repair shop are top notch and know their trade. The shop will also make good on any repairs that need additional work. Roy, Garage Shop Manager (and maybe owner), knows about various cars, has excellent mechanic expertise, and is a top notch mechanic.He is an ASE Certified Master Mechanic. The shop has a variety of cars they work on from classic cars to modern race autos. Roy and company will allow you to ask questions and provide you with honest service.



The Somewhat Good: There are high costs exceeding MSRP on some parts. A respectful suggestion: Alamo Performance should cultivate their customer base and offer discounts, consider less mark up on services and parts for returning customers, and attempt to inform the customer what repairs may possibly cost to keep repeat customers.



The high costs mentioned here are offset by the excellent quality of work and the honesty of the shop.



It's a trade-off and is an expensive hobby but I highly recommend Roy and his shop.
