Provided by YPmobile5 Star all the way! Couldn't be happier with the service Troy & Alex provided today. They are good people, ethical, honest, dependable and knowledgable. Troy found the REAL problem of our AC, which was much much less than what other companies were trying to sell us.
I will never use another company for our AC needs.

Provided by YP.comThey are so honest and fixed everything right away!!! We had originally hired John Wayne and had a ton of issues with them. They wanted 3x the price, had messed up work, lied and drug us through the mud for over a week! We called around and Mike at Alamo was just so honest about everything. He replace our A coil and drip pan for 1/3 of the cost, showed up right away and walked downstairs to give us honest updates of everything. He did not go a penny over the estimate. A few weeks later, the outside unit had an issue and they showed up while we were at work and fixed it for almost nothing! I have referred them to my parents, in laws, friends and customers. This is probably the most honest company I have ever dealt with!!!

Provided by YP.comNot sure if this is the same Alamo Heating & Air Conditioning but the one I used was located at 3322 Coral Grove Dr San Antonio, TX 78247 PH: (210) 490-4244. Can't say enough good things about them! After not hearing from another company for 2 days in a row, my home warranty company called Alamo. They told me they'd be at my house within 2 hours. The technician (Troy) was at my house within 1 hour and my a/c was up and running cold within 2 hours. Fast, friendly service!

Provided by YP.comWaited and waited for my return phone call and for the tceh to show up only to be told we were low on freeon. Then decides he doesn't have the part he will have to ccome back tomorrow. Still no show so called the office to find out what went wrong "unable to find the work order or the tech. Can't help". So now 3 days later we were told dirty coils we would have to hire someone else for this job WTF!!!!!!!! PLEASE don't waste your time with these people!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comI have dealt with quite a few air conditioning companies but this one is by for the WORST!!. I have had to use them for our home warranty and they really are the most incompetent people. They have left with a broken air conditioner for a week in over 100 degree weather here in Texas. They don't return phone calls or call to make an appointment when they are supposed to. Most of the time they do not answer the phone. I have had the customer service people from the warranty company call them and they assure me that they are going to call me for an appointment and they never call. This is by for the most ridiculous excuse for an air conditioning company ever! I am utterly disappointed and frustrated not to mention HOT!
P.S.- We asked them to give us a bid on a new air conditioner and they wanted to charge over $10,0000!!!!! I have a 2,300 square foot house. Can we say price gouging in the middle of a heat wave. Not only are they incompetent they are dishonest!

Provided by YP.comHad to use Alamo Heating & Air because my extended homeowner's warranty company required it. Should have known the warranty company is relying on cheapest service available. Replaced 4lbs of freon in my main unit and could not find leak. Unit continued to lose freon and second technician replaced evaporator coil. Unit still losing freon and requires refill every other month. Going to call another company. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND RELY ON ANSWERING MACHINE. YOU MAY GET A CALL BACK IF THEY'RE IN THE MOOD.

Provided by YP.comRudest, most incompetent company to have to deal with. Made error after error in trying to fix my air conditioner and thermostat. They do not return phone calls if they even answer the phone!! Still not complete, had to call another company. Beware!!!!
