CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:00am

on 2/17/15, they are still closed. Who can I contact to get my clothes? No one knows what happened

On 2/5 I received a message that they would be closed for a week and I would have to pick up my cleaning that day or the next. I was out of town and couldn't. Now they have not reopened. Next call is to the police for theft.

One of the worst experiences. I took approximately 20 pieces in and expected to pay approximately $1.69 each ($35.00 + Tax). They charge you at pick-up, so when the lady said $88.00, I about had a heart attack. She then explained the pricing which was RIDICILIOUS. I felt like someone trying to understand a cell phone plan. The signs are misleading and there are no prices inside. I now understand why they charge you at pick-up. I will never go there again. I should have listened to my neighbor who happend to be in front of the store when I entered it. Even the store employee was embarassed. She knew what the store was doing was wrong. 2 minutes away on Culebra, I would have saved over $40.00. I was robbed. What makes this even harder is that I was laid off the end of May and I am trying to keep cost low. Lesson Learned, never again.

I took four shirts to be laundered and pressed to try these cleaners out. One shirt was damaged beyond repair and the cleaner denies it, stating my new shirt must have been damaged by acid. I took it back two days later and was told nobody but the owner could do anything so I left my contact information with the Customer Service Manager. After two weeks of no contact, I visited the location on McCullough. Once again nobody but the owner could do anything but I was promised he would call back. After three more weeks, I called in and finally spoke to the owner. He stated it was the first time he had been told about it and refused to do anything but offer store credit of about 1/3 the value of the shirt. Needless to say, I will not be returning and they kept the shirt.
